A shared pause can start with a simple choice: the experience you want and the time you have. At Chakramaya Holistic Spa at Pachamaya, you can enquire about the couples service and arrange your visit before arriving. Here are the published conditions and the questions to settle when booking.
Choose your experience before its duration
The published couples service offers a relaxing massage, an anti-stress aromatherapy massage or a Pre / After-Sun facial. Share each person’s preferred option and ask the team to confirm the available combination and duration.
If you prefer different pressure or have areas you would like avoided, mention this before starting. You do not both need to want the same sensation. Discussing your preferences lets the team explain what can be offered within the service you book.
Price, hours and advance notice
The Chakramaya page lists the couples service at MXN $2,095 for 50 minutes or MXN $2,735 for 80 minutes. It is available between 1 pm and 4 pm, with at least 24 hours’ advance booking and subject to availability. Confirm the final price and inclusions for your chosen option when requesting a date.
If you have a meal, flight or another activity afterwards, share your time limit. Treatment duration does not necessarily cover arrival and preparation. Ask when you should arrive and leave enough time to enjoy your visit without rushing.
Review the conditions before paying
Booking requires full payment for the session and proof of payment. Reservations are non-refundable; the published rescheduling charge for a couples service is MXN $750. Read the full menu and confirm the conditions that apply to your booking.
You will complete an informed consent form before the service. Share relevant conditions, pregnancy, injuries or product sensitivities so the team can advise whether your chosen experience is suitable. Massage is a care experience, not a substitute for medical assessment.
How to arrange your downtown Cancún visit
Chakramaya is inside Pachamaya, at Av. Uxmal SM 3, Mz. 1, Lt. 18–20. Check the route from your starting point; travel time depends on where you are staying and traffic.
Message the team with “couples service”, your preferred date, time and the 50- or 80-minute option. If you are unsure what to choose, share your preferences and ask for guidance. If you also want accommodation or a meal at Soulful Restaurant, request those options separately: they should not be assumed to be included in the spa service.
