Spa in Cancún: choosing your Chakramaya experience
Choosing a spa starts with what you want: a pause, body care or an experience to share. Chakramaya Spa is inside Pachamaya in downtown Cancún. Its menu lets you compare treatments, duration and price before planning your visit.
Choose around your intention and available time
A massage, a facial and an exfoliation are different services. Explain what kind of care you prefer, how much time you have and whether you are booking alone or with others. You do not need to know every treatment name to ask for guidance.
Chakramaya lists massages, facials, body care, Signature experiences, Chinese medicine therapies and packages. Read the full menu for each service’s scope; category names do not mean every combination is included.
What to share before a treatment
When booking, mention pressure preferences, sensitivity to products and conditions relevant to the activity you choose. If you have an injury, are pregnant or receive medical treatment, ask whether the service is suitable and seek clinical advice when appropriate.
The team should be able to explain the session and available adaptations. A wellbeing experience does not replace medical assessment and should not be chosen on the basis of promises to cure a condition.
Leave room around your visit
Book the treatment first, then arrange the rest of your day. Allow time to arrive, speak with the team and leave without rushing. If you want to combine the spa and a meal, remember that Soulful Restaurant opens from 8 am to 4 pm.
For a shared experience, confirm how many people can be accommodated, whether sessions run simultaneously and the total price. Booking two treatments does not automatically mean they happen at the same time or in the same room.
Cold plunge and advance booking
The menu includes a Cold Plunge Experience with meditation and breathwork. It has its own requirements and conditions and is different from booking a massage. The menu specifies at least 24 hours’ advance booking, subject to availability.
