Start with the same room and occupancy

Write down arrival and departure dates, guest count and preferred bed arrangement. A room for three might have a King bed and a sofa bed, or a double bed and a bunk bed. Capacity alone does not tell you how everyone will sleep.

Pachamaya offers private rooms of different capacities and a women-only shared dorm. Booking a dorm bed is different from booking a private room. Ask for the room category and confirm that the quote covers your whole group.

What the direct booking benefit includes

Pachamaya’s published offer is 15% off private rooms for stays of at least two nights booked through WhatsApp. It applies to the best available online travel agency rate, including taxes and commissions. Ask the team to confirm the reference rate and total for your dates.

Payment conditions matter: the rate applies to accounts or cards from Mexican banks; foreign banks incur an additional 10% charge. Do not compare the advertised percentage alone. Request the final amount for your payment method before deciding.

Separate accommodation, breakfast and experiences

Check whether your rate includes breakfast, what its conditions are and which services cost extra. Having a spa, restaurant or classes at the hotel does not mean every experience is included in your room.

For private rooms booked through WhatsApp for at least three nights, the published offer adds one complimentary class per guest. It must be taken on arrival day or before noon the day after check-in, and a place must be reserved. If you plan to arrive late, first ask which session you could attend. This is one class, not an unlimited class pass.

Request a quote you can actually compare

Send your dates, guest count, room category and whether you will pay through a Mexican or foreign bank in one message. Request the total, inclusions, deposit or payment requirements, and cancellation or change conditions. This reduces back-and-forth and avoids comparing different offers.

You can use this message: “I would like to stay from ___ to ___ for ___ guests. I am interested in the ___ room. My bank is ___. Could you confirm the total price, breakfast, applicable benefits, and payment and cancellation conditions?”

The team confirms availability and conditions before payment. If your priority is a stay with spa treatments or classes, mention the experience you would like to add so timings can be coordinated.
